Out in the Panhandle, where the bluffs catch the late sun, the Adams family spends every fall building a playground out of a harvest. The pumpkins here stand apart: over 60 varieties in odd shapes, pale skins, bumpy textures, and colors that make choosing one a small adventure — kids end up comparing finds like trading cards.
The farm packs games, slides, a corn maze, and activities built with younger kids in mind into one easy stop, plus cowboy days, flashlight nights in the maze, and a fall festival the last weekend of September (with field trips for schools in the weeks after). Gates open Saturday 10-5 and Sunday 12-5 from the last Saturday in September through October. Parking is right on site, and wagons and carts are provided to haul your pumpkins back — those unusual ones get heavy fast.
