Martin’s calls itself “The Best Little Orchard Around,” and it’s the kind of place that earns the nickname. This family-owned orchard near Ceresco opens every fall for u-pick apples, peaches, raspberries, flowers, and pumpkins — picking fruit right from the tree is the whole point.
The kid attractions are genuinely well thought out: a kid-sized corn maze, a corn box, an old-fashioned tire swing, a climbing fort, a bear tunnel, a butterfly garden, and a half-mile discovery trail with signs teaching orchard facts. Weekend wagon rides, cider slush, and hand-dipped caramel apples keep everyone else happy. The Apple Barn sells jams, jellies, candles, and craft items. They also host school, scout, and daycare tours through the fall — call ahead to book.
