Experiences pumpkin patch (100,000 pumpkins) and corn maze, jumping pillows, pig races, life-size Candy Land, Roca Scary Farm haunted attractions at night

Ten minutes south of Lincoln, on what used to be the Meyers homestead, the Schaefer family has been running Roca Berry Farm since 1980 — long enough that “Harvesting Memories Since 1980” is the motto and plenty of parents now bring the kids their own parents brought.

Daytime is pure family fall: more than 100,000 pumpkins across 35 acres, a hayrack ride out to the patch, a corn maze, jumping pillows, pig races, a life-size game of Candy Land, farm animals, and famously good kettle corn. At night the farm flips into Roca Scary Farm — the Haunted Manor, the Psych-O-Path through haunted woods, and a haunted hayrack ride, for teens and adults. The farm also grows strawberries in late spring and raspberries in summer, so fall isn’t the whole story. Open daily 9 to 7 during the season.
