Experiences pumpkin patch and apple orchard, rides, corn mazes, and farm attractions, farm food and the Pie Barn

Vala’s is the fall. What Tim Vala started as a modest pumpkin patch has grown, over nearly four decades, into Nebraska’s largest seasonal attraction — dozens of rides, corn mazes, animal barns, jumping pillows, haunted hayrides, a cider mill, and the Pie Barn.

It’s open every day through November 1st, 9 to 9 Sunday through Thursday and until 10 on Fridays and Saturdays. Plan on a full day, not an afternoon; nobody has ever spent too little time here. Practical notes: the farm is mostly cashless — bring a card, or buy Vala gift cards with cash at the admissions barn. Buy tickets online ahead of peak October weekends.
