The building is half the reason to go: the old Campbell’s Seed House and flower mill, a 19th-century brick landmark on Seward’s main drag, now pouring craft beer. Bottle Rocket kept the bones and added the taps, and the result is one of the best-looking taprooms in eastern Nebraska.
The beer lineup is classic craft — including a Fourth of July “Red, White and Hops” IPA that tells you the sensibility — and the giant pretzels have their own following. A 2026 TV feature put the spotlight on it, but locals were already in on the secret.
Seward is a classic Nebraska county-seat town, and Bottle Rocket is its gathering place. The drive from Lincoln is short; the room makes it worth it.
