Catalyst is the full-service version of a brewery: kitchen, taproom, patio, and brewhouse under one roof at 56th & Pine Lake. The house beers — Tropic Thunder IPA among them — share the menu with a gastropub lineup built for the south Lincoln dinner crowd: burgers, poutine, brunch.
The patio is the summer play — big, relaxed, dog-friendly — and the room works year-round as a neighborhood hub. The brewing operation has roots in Lincoln’s homebrew-collaboration scene (look for the 5168 and Zipline collab history on Untappd), now settled into a proper brewpub.
For south Lincoln, it’s the one-stop: dinner, drinks, and a patio, no driving required.
