Junto is the natural-wine outlier in Nebraska — the first winery in the state to produce unfiltered wines, amber wines, and natural wines, all produced and bottled on the property in the rolling Garland Hills. Eight acres of vines, a modern tasting room, and a winemaking philosophy that stands apart from the state’s sweeter mainstream.
The name comes from Benjamin Franklin’s Junto club — the 1727 gathering for mutual improvement over drinks — and the spirit fits: this is a thinking person’s winery. There’s also a 5k hiking trail on the property, open sunrise to sunset year-round, plus a separate event center for weddings.
The Siebert family connection runs deep — the owners’ brother co-owns Monolithic Brewing in Omaha. A family wine-and-beer mini-empire, Seward to Omaha.
