Bring a bottle. That simple rule defines Bryant Dairy Farm, a small operation on Highway 36 at Omaha’s rural northwest edge. Milk goes straight into the glass bottle you carry in, from the farm’s own Holstein cows.
The cream is famously thick — too thick to pour, so bring a wide-mouth jar for that. Subdivisions keep spreading west, but this farm still milks cows and fills bottles on-site. The schedule follows the rhythm of milking, so call or email ahead for hours and availability before you make the drive.
