Meadowlark Hearth is one of the most complete farms in the Panhandle: nearly 500 acres, certified organic and Demeter Biodynamic, on ground the family has farmed for generations. The farm stand is open year-round — a rarity this far west — alongside a CSA, and the online seed store sells biodynamic vegetable and garlic seed grown on the farm.
The livestock side is equally serious: 100% grass-fed organic beef sold in wholes, halves, and quarters with a three-week dry age, plus raw milk pickup on site. They also host an annual Seed Festival and ancestral-skills workshops through their nonprofit foundation. If you want to understand what biodynamic farming actually looks like in practice, start here.
