Raising Arrows started in 2011 when the family’s oldest child was diagnosed with a severe cow’s milk protein intolerance. Raw goat milk changed everything overnight — so they bought a goat, then more goats, and eventually added Jersey cows to the milking lineup.
Today it’s a family-run micro-dairy with a farm store, and one of a small number of Nebraska dairies listed by the Raw Milk Institute — the gold standard for raw milk safety, requiring a formal risk plan, sanitary procedures, and monthly milk testing with published results. The farm offers raw goat and cow milk plus fermented dairy products and raw milk cheeses. All four kids help where they can.
