Whitewater Beef is a working Sandhills ranch — seventh generation, family owned and operated — selling the cattle it raises on its own grass. The beef is grain-finished, harvested before 28 months, and dry-aged 14 to 21 days before it’s vacuum-sealed and frozen.
The bundles have personality (“The Rancher’s Share,” “El Patron,” “Val’s Paw Pack” for the dog), but the real value is the wholesale shares: quarter, half, or whole with a custom cut sheet, delivered by freezer trailer to pickup points in Arthur, Ogallala, North Platte, Kearney, Lincoln, Omaha, and greater Denver. For a ranch this remote, the logistics are unusually painless.
